If you master the basics of Aerial Hoop, you can go to aerial hoop intermediate. In this class, you will learn more advanced tricks and longer combinations, which will improve your endurance in the hoop. There will also be a focus on improving strength, overall shape, and flexibility, all of which you’ll need to practice Aerial Hoop.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
