During one hour and a half we will be focusing on styling elements for the practice of aerial acrobatics.

Being on the air requires strength but also grace, and this class will give you the tools and practice to have a nice stretch and flow in the floor as well as in the air. Imagine lifting your legs with grace into the air and accomplishing the splits while suspended above the ground (how cool is that!)
