Traditional Hatha

In this class you will learn the spiritual practice and healing art of Hatha Yoga - a complete system as it has been taught for centuries in India designed for better health, energy flow and ultimately salvation of all suffering. A system you can actually take home to build your own self practice. You will learn about Mantra, Bandha, Mudra, Pranayama (control of energy through breath). traditional variations on Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), proper alignment of asanas (postures), and Yogic relaxation. All levels welcome.
