Hot Morning Flow

This is a heated 60 min class of 35°C. A class with creative sequences and inspiring music. Both traditional and non-traditional yoga movements are part of the class to create stability and strength throughout your body. A practice for all levels – with options for deepening the poses for advanced yogis.

There are studio mats and blocks available to lend but needs to be cleaned by the student after use. Please be mindful of 8 hour cancellation window for students. Please be on time! Late arrival will not get into the class (even if it's just a minute...).
