Elastic Bands

During this weekly class we take a moment to focus on the breath, coordinating different breathing patterns to the movement, restoring a long, relaxed diaphragmatic breath.

We will go through a series of stabilization and mobilization exercises, using the Thera Bands to release the joints and oxygen the deep tissues.
