Pole Beginner

In this beginner class, you will be introduced to pole dancing. You will learn the basic techniques like basic turns, climbing, sitting, and inverting in the pole. You’ll quickly develop strength and flexibility and when you master techniques like chopper, invert, climbing, and sitting, you will be ready for Pole Pre-intermediate.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
