Let us guide you through Core Concepts - a workout that will not only target the front side of the body but the back side as well. Oh yes! We'll be working those killer ab moves, breathing through that long hold position and fighting with a smile through those repetitions ~ as we rock out to some upbeat tunes, keeping the mood high!

Your core is your body's powerhouse which is why core exercises should definitely be a part of your exercise routine. Aside from being a good workout for your abdominal muscles, core training also benefits your physical health in more ways than you can imagine. It improves flexibility, strengthens abs and the entire body, reduces lower back problems, and promotes breathing and lung capacity.

Get ready to take your Core into a 60 minute all-out session where you will feel (and work) all of those abdominal muscles. Yep, all of them - including your back, a very important aspect of any core work. From the side body to those hard-to-reach lower abdominal muscles, we won't leave a muscle-group unturned and unworked.

In this 60-minute core training session, we use resistance bands, hand weights, pilates balls and core sliders to help you get your strongest and healthiest body! Never tried core sliders? These incredibly innocent looking sliding floor discs are going to take your core workout to a whole new level; used in every Core Concepts class - get ready to sweat as we turn the heat up!
