Yin Yoga

A very gentle yin class where we’ll go through different passive stretches to reach the connective tissues in our bodies and to deeply relax our nervous system. We’ll softly pull the attention inside to learn to listen to the wisdom of our bodies and create more bodily awareness. With the addition of beautiful music you’ll feel healed and reconnected with yourself after taking this class.
