New Energy Hatha

This class is for those who seek to activate their own natural source of energy. It is dynamic with powerful breath work and Hatha inspired movements. In this class you will work on improving posture, body alignment, and stability by building your power, flexibility, core strength, and endurance. In turn you will find that this increases your energy levels, concentration, and focus. We practice breathing and intentional relaxation techniques to unblock energy channels, tune back into your intuition, and reawaken your inner power.
