Let it Go

Let it go is a fusion of different styles of yoga, contemporary dance and is not your typical yoga class. Beginning from a place of structure (asanas) gives us a foundation to build from. Then we use intuitive movements to deconstruct allowing for creativity and curiosity. Working from the root of traditional yoga asana, you are invited to color outside of the lines exploring familiar postures but with your own style. It is a class for those who often feel like they walk with a big bag (physically and figuratively), causing heaviness and rigidity in the body. It is a perfect way to offload all of that old baggage and lighten up for the journey ahead. The nature of free flowing movements encourages flexibility and increases range of motion in the body allowing space back into those dark hidden places. It is a strong class with a relaxing end, so be prepared to sweat a little, give off sighs of relief and let it go!
