Deze thee ceremonie experience begint eerst met een speciale meditatie om tot jezelf te komen en in je lichaam te landen.

In het eerste deel zal kit jou met stemvorken bepaalde acupunctuur/acupressuur punten stimuleren.

In het tweede deel neemt ze je mee in de wereld van de thee ceremonie geheel geinspireerd door de eeuwenoude chineze thee cultuur.

Daarna sluiten we de ceremonie af met het delen van onze ervaring en het zetten van onze intentie van de week

Kit geeft deze workshop en is onze acupuncturist met een achtergrond als NLP trainer zij heeft speciaal deze workshop ontwikkeld om je volledig in ontspanning en in het hier en nu te brengen.

This tea ceremony experience first starts with a special meditation to come to yourself and to land in your body.

In the first part, kit will stimulate certain acupuncture/acupressure points with tuning forks.

In the second part she takes you into the world of the tea ceremony, completely inspired by the ancient Chinese tea culture.

We will close the ceremony by sharing our experience and setting our intention for the week

Kit is our acupuncturist with a background as NLP trainer, she has specially developed this workshop to bring you completely into relaxation and into the here and now.
