Aerial Hammock Play

Aerial Hammock Play ~ A fun and full-body workout!

This class is a combination of aerial flow, acrobatics and a full-body workout.

Depending on the teacher, each class will have its own focus. The exercises follow each other in a flowing movement.

We work on breathing and lengthening and strengthening the muscles in our body. All body parts are covered!
By using an aerial hammock and acrobatic moves, it never feels like training, but like a big people playground.

You'll learn how to get the most out of the practice through gravity and breathing, and we'll end the class with a wonderful moment in the hammock where you can come to yourself and enjoy the massage that the hammock has given you throughout the lesson.

All exercises are explained step by step so that you feel safe at all times and can get the most out of your training. This class is perfect for anyone who isn't afraid to try challenging aerial moves like hanging upside down and floating through the air.

What to wear: wear leggings with long legs and a top with (short) sleeves that cover your armpits. Bare feet. Join us for a fun and full-body workout!
