Chair Dance

This class is all about using the chair as a prop for balancing, dancing, and playing. Not only will you learn Chair Dance moves and tricks, but you'll also discover the sensual and fluid movements of Floorwork. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, drop-ins are welcome!

What to wear: the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and can move freely. You can dress up in your wildest outfit or wear your favorite sweatpants. Just keep in mind that bare skin can get sweaty and might stick to the chair, so leggings are a great option. Kneepads are recommended for added protection, and heels are optional for those who want to add a little extra sizzle to their moves.
