As a professional in dance and theatre I experienced these ingredients are a portal to nourish awareness, aliveness and resilience in daily life. In short, to live life as it is: full. That is what I want to share and how Soul Movement has found its origin. In sessions I create a safe, non-competitive space for your own, unique expression from the soul.
