Catarina is passionate about Yoga and spirituality. Yoga has been the ground beneath her feet, wherever she goes. Originally from Portugal she moved to the Netherlands 7 years ago. Cata loves to travel and she often goes to Asia, to study yoga, to get sun and to eat. Besides Yoga, she loves music, animals and good coffee with good company. "I like Yoga to be accessible to everyone and for everyone to benefit from it - cultivating self-love and awareness - my classes aim to connect you with your breath, body, and soul."
