Individual training Aerial - Yoga (no teacher)

Gentle reminder: bring your own mat, blanket(s) or towel(s), bottle and props to this training. So we can all contribute to a safe a clean way to practice in the studio. Read more about our safety guidelines here.

During this individual training hour you are free to practice aerial hammock, Aerial Hoop, mat yoga, etc in our studio! Yeay!

Please note that there can be other people doing their own practice at the same time in the same room. Of course the max. amount of people is set low, in order to easily keep a safe distance from each other. Important to know is that there will be no teacher present and that it's not allowed to share apparatus (pole, hammock, hoop, etc) or to physically help each other (spotting).

We encourage you to keep moving and keeping your body and mind healthy!
