Want to improve your performance on the pole as well as overall mobility? This class will help you with that!

During this class we will incorporate various techniques like myofascial release, active stretching, PNF etc in order to properly engage the muscles and safely increase your body's range of motion.

You don't need to be flexible to join this class! We will get there together ;)
