Heels Floorwork

Would you like to learn how to do pretty floorwork on heels? Then this is the class you are looking for! We will focus on different rolls and “flowy” techniques on the floor. Feel more feminine, sexy, and confident!

Experience in pole dance is not required, since we will not be using the pole. If you don't have experience in floorwork yet, please start with Floorwork Essentials classes to learn the basics. Don’t forget your knee pads and heels.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
