Whether you’re a beginner, deciphering the difference between vrksasana (tree) and sirshasana (headstand) or an advanced yogi who can put both feet behind their head, the Jivamukti Open class welcomes you, as it is open to practitioners of all levels. You work at your own pace, following the teacher’s verbal as well as hands-on guidance. Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.

While practicing all kinds of yoga for already 15 years, when I attended a Jivamukti class at the Barcelona Yoga Conference, I finally had the feeling of coming home. Combining both a strong vinyasa practice, the physical aspect with chanting and philosophy, the spiritual side, I thought “wow, what a concept.” In May 2016 I had the privilege to attain my 300 Hour Jivamukti Teacher Training at the Omega Institute in New York with my teachers Sharon Gannon, David Life, Camilla Veen and Emma Henry. “Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu, may all beings everywhere be happy and free.”

Ausbildung

Lizzy is 300 Hour Jivamukti ® Yoga Certified teacher. I am following 200 Hour Yin Teacher Training at the Nieuwe Yogaschool.
