If you are already pole dancing for a while and if you are able to all the tricks which are described above, you might just be one of us “pole addicts” and you are ready for the Intermediate level. In this class, you’ll learn more power moves, combinations, some floor work and many more tricks in a spinning pole. At this level, some strength, flexibility, and agility are required.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
