This lesson will prepare and energize your body for the practice of aerial acrobatics.

General warm-up to prepare the muscles and joints
Intensive full body workout optimised for aerial acrobatics: core | arms | legs
Full body stretching to correct posture, align muscles and improve body feeling
Specific strength and conditioning for aerial practice
Learning and practice of different moves, positions and drops in silks
Final stretch and cool down

Previously a dancer and an acrobat, Diana started learning aerials when she moved from Russia to The Netherlands in 2013. She does silks, straps and verticall wall dancing. In her routines she is combining the flexibility and tricks into a flowy sequence. In Aerials Amsterdam she gives the Silks Advanced class. On her lessons you can expect focus on technique, building up strenght needed for tricks and cleanliness of movements. All of it with a tint of humor :)
