Flora is fascinated by how our thoughts are able to physically influence our brains, ultimately leading to changes in our emotions, mental states and interactions with the world. She is passionate about empowering people to become aware of this mind-brain interaction and to cultivate it to increase well-being and self-love. She does this by combining what she learned at Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Bird Rock Yoga in San Diego with her knowledge as a neuroscientist. Her classes are defined by a positive and energetic vibe in which people are invited to be present in the moment and enjoy the practice of yoga.
