In this int/adv class, you will learn more advanced techniques to enter and exit from the Hoop. Learn how to make beautiful poses, turns, and transitions in the hoop along with conditioning strength and flexibility exercises. To join this class you will need to have some experience in Hoop. We recommend students wear clothing covering the backs of their knees and torso.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
