It is the big white office building right next to the McDonalds. Enter the area via the door in the black gate. The entrance door is on the right side of the building across the courtyard. The studio is on the 5th floor.

Please be aware you can only enter during the 10 minutes period before each class.

Deep Relax Session: Restorative & Nidra

This is a gentle class, please bring warm socks and a sweater. The body tends to cool down when we don't move much.

Gentle poses are held for longer time, fully supporting the body to experience a sensation of floating. Use this class to soothe the nervous system, relax and restore. Just what we need in the cold and dark times of the year.

Single class or 10-class card: your credit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation up to 3 hours before the class starts. In case of late cancellation or no-show, we can not refund your credit.
