IMPORTANT!!! From dec 3, all classes are at this location: Luttenbergweg 8 !!!

It is the big white office building right next to the McDonalds. Enter the area via the door in the black gate. The entrance door is on the right side of the building across the courtyard. The studio is on the 5th floor.

Please be aware you can only enter during the 10 minutes period before each class.

Yin Yoga

This is a gentle class, please bring warm socks and a sweater. The body tends to cool down when we don't move much :)

The poses are held for several minutes as we aim to release any muscle tension so gravity can help us to loosen up tight connective tissues. A mindful practice to slow down and balance our fast-paced daily lives. Special attention is given to a deep, gentle natural breath and a mindful approach to working with the body and mind.

Single class or 10-class card: your credit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation up to 3 hours before the class starts. In case of late cancellation or no-show, we can not refund your credit.

Unlimited cards: in case of late cancellation, the validity of your card is reduced with 3 days. In case of no-show, the validity of your card is reduced with 5 days.
