Barre Booty

Achieve a classic dancer’s body by incorporating the precision of Pilates, the technique of ballet, the alignment of yoga and the strength of sports conditioning. Burn fat and improve balance while increasing flexibility and stamina with this exciting full-body workout. Set to the beat of high-energy music, a Barre class lifts the buttocks, tones the thighs, flattens tummies and sculpts arms and legs while protecting the joints and improving cardio fitness. The result is a body that is realigned, rebalanced and works harmoniously and efficiently.

This class our main focus will be to Burn the Booty. Working on a beautiful lifted, strong and rounded booty. Get ready for some serious Glutes- busting moves!

Please read our protocol for our indoor studio classes during this time of social distancing:

1.Please be on time. Check-in might take a little longer than usual. 2.Please keep in mind to keep your distance as much as possible. 3.Please check-in at the ENTRANCE with your teacher , take off your shoes and wash your hands on arrival. 4.Please do ONLY to store your belongings in our dressing room. Come dressed and ready for class. Since our dressing room is not large, we allow three students at the time. 5.Please disinfect your mat and props before and after class. Feel free to bring your own mat or use one of ours. 6. Please wear a facemask, you have the option to remove the facemask during class, but please do wear it before and after class from the moment of entering the studio. 7. Please bring your own water bottle and towel at all times.
