Deze les wordt over het algemeen in het Nederlands gegeven. Als er Engelssprekende mensen aangemeld zijn, zal de les volledig in het Engels gegeven worden.

This class is an opportunity to rest, relax and restore. After a short meditation and breathing exercise you will cozy up supported with pillows and blankets. This allows your physical body to release fully in several restorative poses. Floating in this effortless bliss, you can enjoy being read to. Many of us have warm memories from childhood rituals, being in a safe space, listening to fairytales being read out loud as you slowly drift into a peaceful trancelike state. Allowing our adult minds and bodies to truly unwind, play and simply ‘be’ is a beautiful way to recharge and prepare yourself for all the excitement of daily life.

The reading material can be either Dutch or English, depending on the participants. It can vary from fairytales and short stories to poems or light philosophical texts, and I am always open for inspiration and suggestions.
