Flow & Breathwork

Breathwork (pranayama) is one of the 5 pillars of yoga and crucial in undergoing a full yoga-class experience. This is why these yoga classes start with just this. Afterwards be prepared to move! We start flowing, focus on connecting breath to movement and building heat and advanced strength and flexibility. Every class ends with a well deserved guided savasana (final relaxation).
