Aerial Silks is a form of aerial acrobatics in which you use long cloths suspended from the ceiling, for gracious tricks and drops. When you master the basics, you can join our Aerial Silks Intermediate classes. You will learn more advanced tricks and longer combinations, which will improve your endurance in the Silks. There will also be a focus on improving strength, overall shape, and flexibility.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
