POP-UP - AerialYoga Slow Flow

With the intensity of living a city life, sometimes we just. need. to. slow. down. and chill out. The focus of the class is about really finding harmony with yourself, working with your body and the aerial hammock to release tension and stress. This is a super relaxed and soft form of AerialYoga, where the aerial hammock hangs just above the ground and is there to support and float the body. This brings a sense of lightness and helps release mental and physical tension. Gravity encourages passive stretching and supported by conscious breathing we can help restore ourselves to a harmonious state. We end the class with a short massage and savasana.

To bring: a t-shirt with (short) sleeves for comfort and hygiene.
