Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, the Jivamukti Open class welcomes you, as it is open to practitioners of all levels.You work at your own pace, following the teacher’s verbal as well as hands-on guidance. Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.

Über

I was born in Russia and has been practicing yoga since 2005. In 2014 I did my 300 Hour Jivamukti teacher training in US. Since then I was teaching in Russia, Germany and Netherlands and have been deepening my own practice and teachings with the leading teachers of the method such as Jules Febre (US), Yogeswari (US) and many others. In 2018 I have completed the 800 Hour Jivamukti Apprenticeship Program with Jules Febre, who has been always an inspiration for me with his open mindedness, humor and curiosity, sequencing, alignment and connecting yoga philosophy with everyday life. For me Jivamukti Yoga is about building the community and connecting with like minded people all over the world.

Ausbildung

Anna is 800 Hour Jivamukti ® Yoga Certified teacher. I am trained in Body Reading with Anatomy Trains ®, Yin Yoga with Biff Mithoefer (US) and get inspiration from alignment-based teachings of Alison West (US).
