Hatha Circle Flow

Agnė Auželytė is a Lithuanian born choreographer, performing artist and cook. Agnė started practicing yoga around the same time as she started her contemporary dance education in 2010 and moved through various styles since. She completed her teacher training in Hatha Yoga in Kerala (South India) at Padma Karma Institute for Yoga & Research in 2017. Agnė brings her movement and dance practice along as well as singing, music, passion for food, astrology, tips on herbs and plants, some strategies for injury prevention and other bits of knowledge she believes need to be passed around. She thinks strongly that everything is connected, like truly, in mystical and funny ways. She is interested in helping students discover their own way into yoga and is curious about treating one's practice a bit like a garden or a kitchen - you have to keep moving things around, bring new in, throw old away, recycle, most importantly keep it alive - growing, boiling, lush, spicy, surprising, grounding, nurturing and always changing.
