Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It works on multiple levels: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. It is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and makes us alive. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. I had the idea of creating a Reiki Circle to reunite like minded people and to introduce Reiki to them as an accessible tool to facilitate self-healing and balance.

The Reiki Circle will be structured in 7 sessions, each of them dedicated to one of the 7 main chakras (Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown) as follows: - Overview of the designated chakra - Asanas related to that chakra - Intention for the session - Guided meditation - Reiki healing treatment - Self-care advice No previous experience with Reiki or meditation is required, everyone is welcome. I’ll guide you all the way through the session. It is recommended to have a light meal within one hour prior to the session and to take some time for yourself afterwards.
