Spinning Pole (Level 1 & Up)

Welcome to our Spinning Pole class! In this class, you will learn the art of pole dance and how to handle a spinning pole with grace and confidence. You will learn various tricks, moves, and poses specifically designed for a spinning pole. 

Come join us and discover the joys of the spinning pole!

To join this class you need to know the following tricks (when you’re unsure, start with the Intro to Pole classes):

• Basic spins (begin trying with one hand)
• Sit in the pole (30 sec.)
• Climb
• Mini flow
• Basic invert
• Pole step + pirouette
• Fan kick
• Cradle
• Split grip
• Headstand
• Martini sit

What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing that you can move well in. For most exercises on the pole where you need your skin to stay 'stuck', it is important to wear short shorts and it’s recommended to come barefoot.
