Basic Ballet

Gentle reminder: bring your own mat, blanket(s) or towel(s), bottle and props to class. So we can all contribute to a safe a clean way to practice in the studio.

If you always wanted to take that step and start ballet but you never did before... this is your class!

In this class we will get down to the basics of ballet: the right posture, basic positions, the most important ballet terms, strength exercises and of course the technique behind. This class is for you if you: just want to try out ballet, work on your posture, work on pointed feet for aerial dance, or want to dance a bit more...

(Note: we don't have a ballet Barre at the studio so we will use poles/chairs...)

Clothing: If you have please wear ballet shoes and tights, otherwise socks and tight leggings or shorts will do, plus a tight shirt or top.
