Aerial Silks intermediate

Aerial silks is a form of aerial acrobatics in which you use long cloths suspended from the ceiling, for gracious tricks and drops. When you master the basics of aerial silks, you can go to aerial silks intermediate. You will learn more advanced tricks and longer combinations, which will improve your endurance in the silks. There will also be a focus on improving strength, overall shape and flexibility, all of which you’ll need to practice aerial silks.
