Floor Flow

A many-faceted class where we will delve into dance techniques on the floor, musicality, and learning different choreographies. By following this class you will get better at creating beautiful lines, your sense of musicality, and expressing yourself. There is no pole in this class, so experience in pole dance is not necessary. Don’t forget to wear knee pads.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
