Self-confidence is very important and determines many things in life.
How do you build it up or get it back.
There are several ways to do that and to change your self-image.
The most important thing is that you appreciate what you have in you and give love to yourself.
"Confidence Stretch" is a class created to get to know your body and a piece of yourself.
lt is a class where you work on your flexibility, posture, running techniques and presenting yourself, all through coaching in which you get to know your body and yourself better and your body becomes more flexible.
The coach will give you various assignments that will boost your self-confidence and feed your self-love. Confidence Stretch is a group lesson of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Personal training is of course also possible.

My name is Lorenzo Sara I am a performer and entertainer in heart and soul. From a very young age I have been interested in the movement of the body and what you can radiate and do with it. I have been involved in dance since I was 9 years old and trom the age of 15. I really started to develop it in the urban dance styles but also in the more technical side of dance. I am naw in my 40th year of life . You can find me as a performer and instructor/ coach since the day a started I have passion for teaching and coaching. Transferring my knowledge is something that makes me very happy. My Passion is my motivation. Every concept I have created is purely my feeling Due to my different backgrounds, mainly in dance performance, choreography and teaching. I have started creating some concepts in recent years.
