Dear Client:

I you can't come to class, please always cancel you class in the bookings-system so someone else can take your place.

You receive your class back on your card or membership / with some single tickets you receive the amount of the class back on your bankaccount (within 5 working-days) - If you cancel this class before 18:00 (the day before).

After this time we very sorry but then we are obligated to use your sign in for our income of the class. This because we work with a low amount of participants in our classes an we can't afford missing out on empty spots. We hope you understand.

Please do not come to class if you are sick. This is unfortunately disturbing for the other clients. Please cancel (in time)

Please do come on time, or 10 min earlier, as we are obligated to lock the door during class and we are very sorry but we can’t open if the class is already started.
