This is a class with creative sequences and inspiring music. Both traditional and non-traditional yoga movements are part of the class to create stability and strength throughout your body. A practice for all levels – with options to deepen poses for advanced yogis.

Please be mindful of our 8 hour cancellation window for students. Please be on time! Late arrival will not get into the class (even if it's just a minute...).

Über

Ann-Charlotte spent 10 year in Bali, practicing with the most amazing yoga teachers. A big inspiration was her Iyengar teacher Olop Arip. After a serious illnes she decided to change her path and become a teacher herself. She finished her teacher training in Vinyasa Flow and moved back to Amsterdam. After been practicing at Hot Flow Yoga Amsterdam and meeting Joanna, the owner of the studio, she decided to open up a franchise studio almost a year ago. Hot Flow Yoga Jordaan was born and the rest is history…this a small all-inclusive boutique style studio who offers a beautiful and intimite surrounding for yoga loving people.
