You will learn a choreography, in which simple dance moves will be combined with tricks and floorwork. Learn how to graciously move around the pole and feel more feminine, sexy, and confident. Don’t forget your heels and knee pads. For this class, it is required to know the basics of pole dancing.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
