The focus in this class is working on your flexibility. Being flexible is an advantage in pole dancing. With several stretches, we’ll work on improving the flexibility in your hamstrings, calves, hips, shoulders, and back. After this class, you feel more supple and you’ll be one step closer to those splits.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
