Hot Candlelight Flow

Do yoga in candle light and a heated room 33 degrees. A flow class focused on slowing down the mind and body. A series of restful postures in a slow sequence designed for students to go inward, surrender, and quiet the mind and body.

This class is ideal for those days when you want to slow down. Ideal for both beginners and experienced yogis who appreciate a slower burn. There will be a focus on mindfulness and cultivating awareness of movement and breath at a steady pace.
