The circuit training, including HITT, aims to lift your fitness to a higher level. During this training you improve your explosiveness and the focus is on the various muscle groups (lower body, upper body, booty, core) . After having participated in the circuit training a few times, you will soon notice that stamina improves and you will be faster and stronger during the kickboxing and bag training. Of course, the circuit training can also be followed separately from kickboxing for anyone who wants to build up fitness quickly and effectively.
