Theatre Games

During this class we come together to play theatre games used by actors to train and integrate their bodies and minds in preparation for performance.

Play is an essential aspect of the human and animal world. As well as being valuable and fun for its own sake, play has many additional benefits. Theatre games help cultivate mental acuity, flexibility, concentration and energy levels, connection and social interaction, self-confidence, imagination, physical and mental agility and spontaneity, voice and communication, cooperation, trust, memory, and - oh - did we mention fun?
