Pole Pre-intermediate

Are you already acquainted with the basic techniques of pole dancing, and you can do different turns around the pole, climbing up, sitting, and invert in a proper way, then you’re ready for pole pre-intermediate. It’s time to learn more challenging tricks and how you can combine your tricks and turns such as hangover, butterfly, inside leg hang, outside leg hang and marley. You will feel like a true pole dancer while you’re having a full-body workout!

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
