You will learn a choreography, in which simple dance moves will be combined with tricks and floor work. Learn how to graciously move around the pole and feel more feminine, sexy, and confident. Don’t forget your heels! Kneepads can be useful as well. For this class, a Beginner level is required.

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
