Hot Aroma Relax and Flow

While training to become a professional dancer, Julie started practicing yoga at 17 years old to help improve a dance injury. Yoga started off as a purely physical practice at first, but then she slowly became aware of the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga. Her yoga mat became a place to check in the the physical, mental and spiritual self; to ask "hey how are you today?". Julie did her first 200hr teacher training in Rishikesh, India, which made a deep impression on her. IIn 2019 she graduated from the dance academy in Barcelona. She likes to share her love for the body and movement with others. In class she likes to challenge the body and mind to become stronger while finding focus and stillness. Julie encourages her students to push themselves for a challenge with kindness and a smile on your face.
