Aerial Hoop - Beginners

The ring trapeze in the air will challenge you in ways you never thought possible, pushing your strength, and flexibility, and learning new tricks. It's a fun and exciting workout with a show element. This class is for beginners.

Please note: It's important to note that Aerial Hoop requires a lot of arm strength and body awareness, it's recommended to join at least 5 strength building classes such as Handstands & Arm balances, Intro to Aerial Hammock, or Intro to Pole or Power Pole before joining your first Aerial Hoop class to build up strength.

What to wear: for Aerial Hoop classes it is nice to wear certain clothes to prevent Hoop burn marks on your skin. Always wear tight and flexible leggings in combination with a tight shirt with short sleeves, a dance suit/body, or a bodysuit. Also, bring socks or leg warmers. Do not wear jewelry or clothing with sharp parts during class! This damages the hoops. So, join us, and let's conquer that curved piece of steel together!
