Gyrokinesis ®

Waves, spirals, figures of eight’s.... Gyrokinesis ® classes are composed of a series of circular and joyful sequences, wherein each movement flows into the next, creating balance and stability, gifting fluidity. Based on the same principles of the Gyrotonic ® method, Gyrokinesis ® is performed without the equipment, just on a mat and a chair. During this weekly class we will learn and execute the typical movements and the sequences, the corresponding breathing patterns and principles of the Gyrokinesis ®.
